Hey All,

We are a 2 years young B2C Grocery delivery startup ( Equivalent to Instacart ) and what to re-think everything to provide great consumer experience.

What is/are the ideal process to: 1. Identify our users 2. Segment them 3. Find their jobs-to-be-done (http://bit.ly/2gDcBIR) 4. Build Information IA 5. Design process post step 4.

All the article I found were around processes design studios follow to make product for their clients. Not many by top successful consumer products like Uber, Instacart, Facebook, Airbnb, etc

Can you please help and share your insights.
