None of them. They are all novelties and should be treated as a commodity with no intrinsic value rather than a currency in the typical sense as you would with forex trading.

Bitcoin. Because it's most widely accepted, narrowest bid/ask spread and plenty of possibilities to exchange Bitcoin <-> Fiat.
