Ask HN: How to be more decisive?

Well this is a very general question, but I'm not sure how to narrow it down. I find myself often stuck by analysis paralysis and thus procrastinate my moves, losing potential opportunities. So I want to ask how to train yourself being more decisive, making decisions more quickly and confidently (if that's a good thing?)
