Ask HN: What security tools do you use for monitoring your cloud environment?

Hello, I am exploring cloud security tools such as Security Monkey and Scout2, as my team is interested in using them. The catch is that we use GCP, and it doesn't look like Security Monkey or Scout2 work with it. We're also kind of new to security tooling, so we're interested to know what kind of features in the tools are useful. It seems to me that these are useful (as a start):

- monitoring resource policies (e.g. buckets)

- alerting/reporting

But what else?
