Owner and major shareholder of a public company here: This guy is not using the same metrics a trader uses. It's night and day. One more thing, the way you structure your cap table including the float, can drastically affect your market cap, up or down with out having anything to do with the net asset value of the companies holdings or valuation on revenue, growth or users.
Not a bad succinct analysis. Good points and explained clearly, and I agree on the concerns. Unfortunately, this is a penny stock, so stock analysis exercises like this are pretty much a waste of time and they mean nothing.
If you tried to analyze the crazy price swings in penny stocks or looked at penny stock valuations that didn't make sense based on fundamentals, well hahaha, I'm sorry Sisyphus there aren't enough hours in the day and there is nothing to find.
Penny stocks can swing up and down so quickly and easily without rhyme or reason. Think how cheap it is to manipulate these stocks, they cost pennies, someone's extra lunch money can swing the price. Look at how volume spikes up and down. And just in the last year MSRT stock was up to $1.60, almost double. The chart shows it's been up almost 200%. And down 75%. A few times. In a year. For pennies.
People buying penny stocks like this are not trying to hold it for the long term upside potential of the company. The fact that a company is a public pink sheets penny stock says pretty much all you need to know about the type of people who are running the company. Penny stock traders are probably buying because they think some other idiots will come along soon and buy it for a few pennies more.
