How does spiderman and elsa get away with it?

This year, some very popular youtube channels have made series involving poor production quality in iconic costumes.

These channels gained their popularity by using such well known IPs from various rights holders - marvel, disney, etc.

They've been going strong for months without any sign of DMCA takedowns. They don't seem to fall under fair use and they're not parodies.

Can someone explain why youtube hasn't taken them down?
