As I understand it, George Lucas prohibited Fisher from wearing a bra as part of her costuming for Leia, because it would be too dangerous to wear in space. In her book Wishful Drinking she retorted with a request for her obituary: "I want it reported that I drowned in moonlight, strangled by my own bra."
