Any libraries to get 3D meshes and/or depth info from mobile camera videos?

Something handy and accessible without paying a huge licensing fee like what the folks at http://license.umn.edu/technologies/z03043_3d-video-from-2d-using-a-single-camera-system are asking for!

We don't need high accuracy at all. Just a basic mesh - preferably something more than bounding boxes but even bounding boxes would do.
