Ask HN: Is a DUI disqualifying at Google?

I just got an email from a Google recruiter asking me to apply because of my JavaScript background.

I would rather not go through their interview process if the end result is a "no" regardless of qualification. Does anyone have an information that can help me decide whether or not to pursue the position?
