Ask HN: Kinda unique career goal, how do I make it?

So I moved from the US to an area with low COL and great software engineers, working as a team lead. Now, while the work is fulfilling and all, I'd really enjoy helping a company open a new location (i.e. hiring / managing the first teams teams, finding locations, administrative stuff, etc).

Now how on earth could I find companies interested in something like that? It's not like they advertise anything like that, so I'm pretty much at a loss here.
