You wouldn't cannonize an ugly person for not commiting adultery. Same holds for poor people. In general poor behave badly when they get wealth or power. That's why there's a notion of class. Look at Michael Jackson and the lottery winners.

Hugo is interesting person. Totally unclear where exatcly he is: on the left or on the right. I have impression that he has nothing to do with socialism, yet interesting to watch them anyway.
