I don't know if the stock market concern is valid because it is so readily caught by the FTC if someone was going to make an substantial amount of money on it.
One thing I have wondered is how will President Trump be tweeting? It's my understanding that right now he has an Android phone on his person that allows him to tweet from his personal twitter whenever he pleases. I also understand that he does not use computers. Perhaps all of his tweets as POTUS will be dictated to staffers?
The challenges in the SS getting Obama a smartphone were well documented. I can't imagine Trump walking around with a smartphone with the Twitter app on it?
