Heck, Donald Trump isn't even President yet. If these kids are "dying of climate change" it might be Obama's responsibility, but it's hard to see how it could have anything to do with Trump.
People have been dying in sub-Saharan Africa for generations without any real American help or concern. Why would Trump or this situation be any different?
It's understandable but a little manipulative to politicize the suffering of these people. Climate change isn't a political problem ignored by politicians, it's a social problem ignored by most consumers.
