Ask HN: No response to refund reminders from Fancy.com. What should I do?

I've ordered an item from Fancy.com and seller canceled it because they don't ship to India. But, even after seller canceled it, I didn't get my refund till date.

For reference, I placed the order in November and seller canceled it next day. Since then, I've been emailing them, tweeting them but they aren't replying.

Any idea where should I file the complaint or what should I do now?

I usually send a rather dry email which explains what I want in order to resolve the issue, and then end it with, "I will wait 24 hours for a response before filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau".

This usually results in a quick resolution. When it doesn't, the BBB usually comes through for me.

Incidentally, I see that fancy.com has a D- rating on the BBB website. However, I also see that they have responded to the individual complaints and resolved issues, so it sounds like they would be responsive to a complaint filed there if you have to go that route.
