Ask HN: Any experieces with FairSoftware.net?

My co-founder and I are considering using FairSoftware.net, until we actually set up a C Corp a few months down the road. Any thoughts on whether FairSoftware.net is a good substitute for setting up a C Corp right away? Also, how legally binding is any agreement created in FairSoftware.net. If anyone here has actually started off with FairSoftware.net and then progressed on to a proper C Corp, I would really appreciate hearing about their experience. Thanks.
