Thanks for the helpful tips! Can definitely implement some of these. Especially enjoyed the piece on data - we've got quite a bit of data that could probably make for some cool reports.
It opened my eyes to be honest. It should be obligatory reading for any new CMO.

Customer marketing is actually very interesting but it might not work for certain niches in law, medicine, etc...
