Best way to store poem text and audio

Guys, I am making a stored browsable and searchable collection of poems with text and audio with other infos like source of book date and type and like that. For now I have been storing audio by making new folders based on classification and keeping text in spreadsheets with all other infos in table. But it would be better if there is a way to store text and audio in same program or like that but also allows me to do text search. What do Hackers out there suggest for me ?
