I know a lot people here make 150k++ in compensation. How do you deal with the stress?

If you work for Ama/Goog/Face/Netflix, how do you handle commute and stress?

I have couple of friends at amazon. Both are really frustrated for long working hours, needless debates et al.

If you are being paid 150k or more, but that comes with a lot of stress, offshore calls, how do you make time for hobbies, family, side projects and yourself?
