Ask HN: Batch file for speedup/removal of useless files in Win 7?

I´m a sysadmin at a small call center, and every machine here uses Win 7.

Of course they have all the trash that Win includes by default: notifications on, regedit configs, etc.

Is there maybe a github project dedicated to such a batch that takes care of all this stuff? How do you deal with this in your workspace?
