Where can you find growth hackers for hire?

I'm the founder of a marketplace startup and we have a sales team that works on building our supply-side, and I'd like to start thinking about building demand and getting transactions. I'd like to find out where to hire a growth hacker rather than a traditional marketer. It's a niche kind of job so I don't know where to begin!
