Ask HN: Are email open/click rates legit?

Can I trust the data from MailChimp & SendGrid's reporting? Are there known issues measuring these, like from email service interference etc.

I'm showing over 100% click rate on transactional emails my new service has sent. I suppose it's possible but seems high to me.
