If that woman turns around and sexually abuses another individual her behavior will be equally abhorrent to the original attackers which is the equivalent situation to his/her post.
You don't get to point at abuses subjected onto yourself by individuals as a way to excuse abusing other individuals.
The OP is angry because he's being marginalized by a group of individuals simply because of his race. So he engaged in the exact same behavior and marginalized some other group of individuals based solely on their race.

Speak for yourself. As a white male myself, I have no problem acknowledging reality, which is that men are responsible for 99.9% of the sexual abuse in the workplace. I don't do it myself (at least, I sure hope none of my actions are perceived that way, but I'm pretty sure they're not), but I'm not going to get mad that men in general are painted with that brush, because it's been earned, even if I personally didn't do anything wrong.

I think I've heard of maybe two instances of sexual abuse by females in my entire life, and they weren't in tech (one was a publicized case at a Domino's Pizza about 25 years ago, just to give you an idea). Cases of abuse by men are extremely commonplace.
