$1500 to get "your" source code, and $99 per month per app..

Plus, they gateway access to back-end services like logins or notifications, so limits apply and may be changed as time goes on.

It's unclear, but I suspect if you cancel your subscription, access to back-end services will stop working, but your app stays in the app store.

While it looks nice, the company is based in Poland so there's no recourse for most people if they go out of business or take your app and copy it.
