Title is just wrong. Netflix has 2x the downstream traffic. Youtube isn't even on the subscribers chart because they have more than an order of magnitude more.
What counts as a subscriber for YouTube? Somebody paying for YouTube red? If so I'm amazed that it is that high!
Or is it people with a channel? People with a Google Account that use YouTube in last 30 days? Random logged-out users as determined by cookie tracking?
This headline is gibberish. Looking at the article, NF has 2X the number of subscribers that YT has. Which, as ryanobjc observes, isn't particularly suggestive of anything.

There is only a single datapoint on YouTube in comparison to Netflix. Netflix has nearly 2x downstream data use as youtube, not subscribers.

Surprisingly Amazon beating out Netflix for total subscribers... But I think that could be just st Amazon prime overall
