I've never heard anything positive about the company itself, ever. Their "product" is generally decent for me but it seems to be run by a bunch of immature clowns. Even that whole issue last year about ditching Postgres seemed rather suspect in how they approached it.
I doubt everyone who works there acts like a spoiled brat but when upper management does, it enables the behavior of everyone else.
