Ask HN: How-to manage accounting/banking after getting my Estonian E-residency?

I'm a contract developer based in London, United Kingdom.

After the referendum I applied for an Estonian E-residency as it might come handy in the near future, I was aiming to move my ops/accounting(now UK based) to Estonia but the only startup(to my knowledge) doesn't seem to care one bit about customers: http://imgur.com/a/Go9lP

What are my options here? Would like something that manages accounts/billing/taxes for me.
