Ask HN: I am moving from a big company to a Startup, how do I succeed?

Im moving from a company of 40,000+ to a company of 50+ in the Social Media Analytics Space. What do I need to do/learn to be successful. I am worried that I will struggle with the increase in pace. What to I need to do/learn to be successful? Any books, blogs, recommendations etc?
