Ask HN: Continue with software startup or should go for MS in US

I have been running my software development firm for past 5 years. Its focused mostly on software services and developing apps. I want to move towards technology based product development. I am also getting interested towards higher studies. Should i move for higher studies (MS in US I am thinking for) or should I continue my startup?
