Is Silicon Valley worse than, say, Madison Avenue? Wall Street? Hollywood?

Or is it held to a higher standard?

In an age where women are given preferential treatment every step of the way, this comes as no surprise. Stop the pandering and hire women based on their merit rather than the genitals, then we will see this change.

Empty-headed "unconscious bias" re-education and "anti-misogyny" re-training will only further cement the stereo-type that women are just eye-candy or quota-filling seat fillers.
