Ask HN: What topics would like to see in a book about transitioning to Cloud?

Dear All,

i am an avid reader of HN.

for that past ~9 years; i have been working in various sectors where i have helped many clients build hybrid cloud platform.

One of my largest accomplishment is transitioning/building eComm platform for a top 5 retailer in cloud .

i would like to share my experience on how to manage that sort of large project both from leadership stand point as well as technology stand point (however, limit the conversation to only how of choosing a technology and not why one is better than another).

our project lasted over 2 years and its the fastest in the industry, and it met all deadlines and standards set for us (e.g. dates, quality, budget...).

I truly believe the way we executed it can really help many with the similar transition.

would you all let me know what sort of topics would you like to see?
