SOLID Affiliate Marketing System for eCommerce?

I recently stumbled upon Cloudomatic's FLOW app for affiliate marketing of SaaS apps. Their interface is beatiful, clean, and how it should be. Every other affiliate system I have seen looks like it is straight out of 1996. What other systems are out there that would work for an eCommerce site and look like something from this century? Appreciate any assistance!
