Trump’s First Legislative Effort Fails as G.O.P. Pulls Bill to Repeal Obamacare (nytimes.com)

"Mr. Trump, in a telephone interview moments after the bill was pulled, blamed Democrats and predicted that they would seek a deal within a year after, he asserted, “Obamacare explodes” because of higher premiums."

Of course, the explosion has nothing to do with the GOP either (speaking as someone who identifies with neither party).

Technically not a failure. They just haven't voted on it yet.

Good riddance. The bill was simply lip service by the Republican leaders to say they repealed "Obamacare" without actually doing anything. Health care and insurance is outrageously expensive in the U.S. and all this would have done was change a few technicalities of the ACA, and changed the subsidies to be less effective.
