Of course, the explosion has nothing to do with the GOP either (speaking as someone who identifies with neither party).

Technically not a failure. They just haven't voted on it yet.
The press conference afterwards confirms that the healthcare bill will not be reintroduced.
Oh it'll come back. Just because this proposal failed doesn't mean the issue is dead.
Good riddance. The bill was simply lip service by the Republican leaders to say they repealed "Obamacare" without actually doing anything. Health care and insurance is outrageously expensive in the U.S. and all this would have done was change a few technicalities of the ACA, and changed the subsidies to be less effective.
