Ask HN: Product Manager Openings in Open Source Projects

Any advice on where to look for openings in FOSS projects to contribute as a Product Manager?

I've some experience as a PM and I'm planning to set aside a few hours every week to contribute to FOSS. Usually, I find openings for coding, but never for other tasks like PM or QA. Can someone explain how such tasks are handled? Do all FOSS contributors wear multiple hats? Thanks for your time.
