Ask HN: How can I monetize ____rooms.com?

So I have ____rooms.com. Where ____ is a popular & expensive tourist location. I think it's only going to get bigger in the future and I want to make some money off that.

But I don't really know what to do with it. My first instinct is to start some type of localized Airbnb but that's a scary prospect. The amount of work that would be required for a chance of profits.

I was hoping to get some better ideas from you folks. :)
