Any SPI device that support 40 Mhz?

The FTDI FT4222H chip USB to SPI chip is supposed to support 40Mhz, but I cannot get it to work with a NOR FLASH at 103 Mhz.

It does work at 30 Mhz with transfer speed of 2.4 Mbyte/S instead of 3.7 expected, because the FTDI company add 6 dummy cycles for each byte.

I like to try the 40 Mhz mode with something else.
