I created this new social rating engine

Hi I created this new sort of social rating engine its called "Randomness Logic" it users a sort of stochastic algorithm incorporating user votes. Its for people to post articles and have interesting content delivered in a new concept, it took 4 years of programming and prototypes to get to this, Please give me your feedback it would be highly appreciated.
