But the site is legit. https://www.evisa.gov.kh/Cambodia-Government-Ministry.aspx has a link to the Ministry of Combodia site. These guys are using joomla, http://www.tourismcambodia.org/admin/login.php --- Some guy or vendor running this thing is making money getting some SEO juice to some shady sites. They're obviously not that tech savvy.
