Ask HN: Language to write interactive command line tutorials?

Is there tool / language to author Interactive Tutorials like: Swirl: Learn R, in R. [0]

But for different languages (python, haskell, etc.) from the command line.

I'm thinking something along the lines of inform7 [1] but for tutorials;
