Ask HN: Recommendations for single page application with blog?

For product market fit research I am looking for a combination of blog platform and host that will allow me to host ~10 single page applications each with email contact forms and a blog where the blog is a subdomain of the website. I dont want to spend more than 1hr configuring each website, don't want to use PHP, dont need a VPS, and dont want to spend more than ~$100 per year.
