While Syria is portrayed by western media as having a dictator that needs to be removed, Turkey has a real dictator in place that throws down religiosism on everyone's throat. Even Wikipedia was completely blocked last week.

On the other side, EU doesn't really want problematic states to join the union. Just sad because before this sultan be installed, Turkey was really making good progress.
