WebRTC video and text chat

Anyone know what the limit is for WebRTC on iOS in terms of maximum number of people doing live video + text chat? E.g. A room with 8 video streamers and 20 text/chatters (including the 8 video streamers) is this possible? Anyone tried this - did you experience any latency issues?
