Minor nit: it would seem more likely that this chap is a "Russian alleged hacker" than an "alleged Russian hacker", since there's no denial from anybody about his being Russian and that's not a crime anyway.

Or maybe my brain is just associating to the left more than it should from excessive Haskell function application coding.

I believe he was claiming to not be Russian last year. Has something come out since then to prove him lying?
