Ask HN: What should I consider when relocating my ed-tech startup to India?

Just raised a small angel round, and now runway is burning up quick in Silicon Valley. I could afford to live here for 6 months and can't hire anyone. If I moved to India, I could hire two full time people and have a separate office and apartment for 12 months on the same budget.

Has anyone moved a startup to India to work? What advice or considerations do you have? I am thinking of renting a studio in Bangalore, an office space, and hiring 2-3 full time staff to help with our analytics and traction.

Context: We already have a working ed-tech product, supermathworld.com, and our goal is to scale to enough paying users to begin growing the business.
