Ask HN: Readable RSS but only front-page articles or 10 votes?

Is there any way of using the readable rss feed thanks to http://andrewtrusty.appspot.com/readability/ and http://nirmalpatel.com/hacks/hnrss.html, but with only articles that have made the front page? Otherwise the feed quickly reaches the thousands of articles, but I don't want to miss out on the great content here.
