Ask HN: Animated stick figure about education being a pointless treadmill?

There is an animated video out there where the voice-over (someone well known, maybe british?) is talking about how school and then jobs are essentially an endless treadmill... its animated with a stick figure. Any help!?

If you have been here longer and have more karma, you would also know that you should explain why you are right, not simply arguing that your "numbers" are bigger.
