Any recommendation for a site, company or tip for me to practice this tecnology?

I need to practice my Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x and I would like a side project so I can gain more experience, can anybody recommend me a good company that would allow me to do some practices, or somebody needing a freelancer in this tech?
