SEEKING FREELANCER - I'm in Bay Area/Midwest, remote is OK

I posted a bit ago, on a scrapping app. I want to thank the community for the replies I got!! Talked with a few we'll see how it goes.

That said, another part of the projec involves the creation of a android/mobile app. I realize the rates for solid mobile devs, so I'm not looking to find a "cheap" dev, nor am I looking for a "partner".

At this point, I'm looking for a resource/someone who's got skills in developing mobile apps, to provide some eyeballs/comments/feedback on the wireframe/process flow docs I'm creating. Yeah there's cash involved! Once I can get this nailed down, I can have a better feeling for what it's going to take to develop this thing.

The scope of the app that I'm looking for is to be used to allow users to "connect"/recruit other users to the app we're building. A few years ago, growwth strategies used landing pages, etc to try to build a community. The target for project is the US college community, and since part of the business is a groupon like process, we need/want that mobile app that a user can user to connect/recruit others, and see the dynamics of the prices decreasing as the group size increases. Think of a kind of stripped down social networking -- with user profiles, ability to connect to users, ability to track referrals, etc..

But as I stated for now getting the wireframe/process flow in a reasonable state is what's required. The dev/testing/rollout will come later! (hopefully).
