Major AWS us-east-1 outage

AWS has been experiencing what many have reported as a complete lambda outage in us-east-1 for hours now. They report "increased error rates" however most reports I have seen from people indicate no invocations are working. We get back a message now from the service saying there is no capacity available. Status page shows many degraded services; presumably they rely on lambda.

Our services are almost entirely lambda based and in us-east-1. Dead in the water. us-east-1 strikes again.
