Ask HN: Online Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Tech?

Georgia Tech offering Online Master of Science in Computer Science degree and I am interested in taking this degree. I have checked Georgia Tech and they says OMS degree has no difference then physically appearing on campus degree as they treat students equally. I am BS in computer science and working in development positions for 4 years and wanted to do MS from US but can not do because of admission difficulties main expenditures. Should I go ahead and purse this program ?

Also I have question regarding H-1B working VISA's in US which says only master degree holders form US can apply for 20,000 seats of H-1B VISA applications. Do degree form Georgia Tech is applicable here as well ?
