Ask HN: Who is your startup banking with?

I'm in the middle of starting "The Latest Greatest Thing"TM and am looking at bank accounts. My first company has banked with a local credit union for the past 5 years but the service has been lackluster and we pay $10/month for the privilege. Not a lot in the scheme of things but the it's the principal of the matter.

Does YC recommend a particular bank? Any advantages/disadvantages to anyone? Thoughts?
